I work with you to develop, build and implement Service Management models to deliver efficient and effective back office shared services. Particular areas of expertise include HR and IT Services using a variety of Enterprise Systems such as Oracle, SAP and ServiceNow.



If the delivery of your back office functions is a distraction to your core business you may want to consider outsourcing. I will work with you to determine the business case, organisational appetite and operating model for the proposed outsourced service. My experience of outsourced Services includes IT, HR, Finance and Procurement.
